Classification of spare parts

The spare parts of excavators are divided into original parts, sub-factory parts and dismantled parts.

Original spare parts: genuine spare parts produced by the original manufacturer or a regular manufacturer designated by the original manufacturer. The quality is guaranteed, with after-sales service and warranty, and the price is relatively high.

Sub-factory parts: "cottage" parts produced by non-original manufacturers or regular manufacturers. The quality is uneven and not guaranteed, and the after-sales warranty is not guaranteed, and the price is relatively low.

Dismantled parts: spare parts dismantled from second-hand equipment. There is no guarantee of quality and no after-sales warranty, and the price is low.

 

The choice of bucket teeth should be based on the working environment to determine the specific type of bucket teeth. The right type of teeth can reduce the digging resistance and save fuel. Generally speaking, for ordinary earthwork, you can choose flat-head earth bucket teeth; for digging blocky hard rocks, use RC-type rock bucket teeth; for digging blocky coal seams, generally use TL-type pointed bucket teeth, which can improve the lump rate of coal.


How to avoid buying non-original parts

1. Pay attention to the packaging

The packaging of original spare parts is well made, with good paper quality, positive colours, clear patterns, manufacturer information and part numbers.

Non-original packaging production is relatively rough, the colour is not correct, the pattern is not clear, the lack of relevant product information.

Some original parts will have outer and inner packaging, while non-original parts will have no inner packaging.

The original spare parts are well made, colourful and of good quality, while the imitation parts are roughly made and colourless.

Process of replacing bucket teeth

Because bucket teeth are in direct contact with soil, gravel, rock and other construction objects, the frequency and cost of replacing them is not low.

(1) Use the short teeth of the pin punch to align the pin with the bucket tooth to be replaced.

(2) With the help of a hammer, hit it hard until the bucket tooth is halfway loose.

(3) With the long teeth of the pin punch, align the pin with the pin and continue to strike hard until the pin comes out and falls off.

(4) Remove the bucket teeth and the whole procedure is complete.
